These photographs are from the Burslem Streetwise project that took place at Planet Sound Community Arts. Over 9 sessions from 17th April to 12th June 2002 the group experienced sessions in Music Tech, DJ skills, Drumming, Guitar and Vocal skills, examining various concepts such as group dynamic and composition. Funded by the "Make Some Noise" youth music action zone, the project with Burslem Streetwise involved introducing the group to music and producing a track for inclusion on a Youth Music CD compilation scheduled for production later in the year.
